She said no but we promised to stay friends. After two days of crying to sleep i'm ready to be friends with her as I've been doing that for two years. As long as I get to talk to her and see her I guess i'm fine. She is completely fine with the news, she just feels guilty saying no to me and her/my friends have been trying to console me. I mean at least when she regretted me she said I was the closest person she would have said yes to but she wasn't ready for a relationship. We do talk now and it is a bit awkward from both sides but it's better than I expected. It hurts, pretty bad, but it's gotten better. I do not want to move on, but I might. I will definitely try again if she's fine with dating later, but for now I guess friends is fine
